The staff!!!! The ex-hotel managers will be very missed. I haven't met much of the new people, but it's very clear to see that they are doing everything they can to make this hotel as great as it can be. Feelings aside, I will miss the managers prior to 10/31/24, but I will move on and continue in my journey, or try to, getting better. I've NEVER met a group of people to help as much as they did. I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair. They have put up with my neediness in so many ways

great location inside hotel was very nice clean & it was quiet outside could use a little attention trash cigarette butts on the ground my room was very nice more than I expected for the price I paid I would definitely stay again & tell my friends & family if they needed a hotel to go there thank you to the staff for being friendly & helpful much appreciated!!

The staff was supreme at the front desk, helped me out tremendously and accommodating to request and service. I definitely would recommend it. Convenient to restaurants and stores, many in walking distance. A nice park nearby. Near the interstate for easy access to Downtown Denver or Boulder. And public transportation close by. There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no pool as advertised. It was dirty most of the time. The cleaning staff were more than helpful and kind. I was awoken in tje middle of the evening as I was ill but they said I hadn't paid my bill. I paid again they was told that my bill had been paid after all. Still waiting for the refund.

I love the staff! From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, to the maintenance guy, to whoever picks up the linens and trash. They are all willing to help me when and/or if I need it. I'm in a wheelchair and I'm a pain it the butt, and the help they offer me is amazing and very much appreciated!!
